"Parking was not good at all but we made it work… No microwave or fridge in the rooms was a real bummer should’ve looked at the Fine Print but we he staff were very good.. "

"Front desk told me parking fee is $19 but after I checked out the following day I was charged $30 for the 12 hours stay , also signs at the property is so confusing where and how to get from second building to the next , I do not recommend this hotel at all after considering prices and location, the lady in charge of breakfast is not nice when I asked for creamer she almost ignored me even though there’s only around 5 guests in the room including myself"

"clean rooms but there were no towels and only one wash cloth. Soap was only body wash soap. It would have been nice if they also had bar soap. To be fair attendant gave us towels after I reached out to them."

"This hotel was “fine”, but I think my biggest issue is there is no way this is a 4-star property. I don’t know how stars are assigned, but it felt like a 3-star hotel (like the Wyndham Ramada down the street). I actually forgot it was supposed to be a 4star property, because it just felt like your run of the mill, average, lower-mid priced motels. Staff was helpful, didn’t use the gym like I planned, but nice it was there. Breakfast was “meh”; 3 or 4 things on the menu and it was nothing to write home about. Maybe the soufflés they advertise are a weekend thing, but was not an option when I was there. I also tried to go out to the outdoor lounge/deck just off the restaurant one evening around 5pm and was told it was closed due to weather (it was supposed to rain later that night, but was not raining then), when I questioned that she said “it’s too late”. It was still light out, but I could tell I wasn’t going to get anywhere so left it at that, but that amenity is open subject to whenever they want it seems. Location kinda depends what you’re looking for. I did walk to Citi Field one evening (took the train 1 stop on the way back). Overall it was fine, but if I find myself in this neighborhood again, I won’t be rushing to stay here."

"This is a great find. It's convenient to the train station, near a downtown shopping area with restaurants, extremely well appointed and clean. And the staff was very helpful and friendly. Rachel, the young lady working in the front desk made you feel like you were coming home with a warm smile and professional, friendly demeanor. The rooms were clean and rather large, at least my room on 5th floor. Did not get to try the breakfast but it starts early and sounded delicious. It was also very reasonably priced!"
