"my aircon in room 1659 is auto and will set to 22 degrees for many hours ,yes you can decrease it but will go back to 22 degrees which is so hot! I woke up at 2am drench with sweat! I escalate the situation to the receptionist but he laugh at me! He showed no concern and not paying attention to what I say! you need to do something about this person’s attitude! Meanwhile I appreciate Rahim for being attentive to all my needs! He is a delight to guests! He shows big smile and very accomodating!"

"Faultless customer service starting from check in all the way to check out. They kindly upgraded our room since it was my birthday and also gave me a birthday cake which was one of the best chocolate cakes I’ve had. The room was large, bed comfortable and no noise disturbance at all. MRT station next to the hotel for convenience. Special mention to Patrick for taking such good care of us and also to the conceirge team. Finally a thank you to Vish (please accept my apologies if I got your name wrong). Would not hesitate to recommend. Plus there’s a 50m pool!!"
