"Lovely stay in a very convenient location. I arrived by plane and took a direct train to Gare du Nord, followed by a short 12 minute walk to the hotel. For my return, it was just a 12 minute walk back to Gare du Nord for the Eurostar, which made the whole journey seamless. "The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and well decorated, and the bathroom was very clean. Breakfast was excellent. We appreciated the bar and lounge areas in the foyer - useful if you have to wait for a later flight."

"Arrived early and were told room wasn't ready, which was fine since we knew check-in was at 3pm. But still dissappointing because we had been traveling for over 30 hours and were exhausted. We came back at 3pm and were told our room still wasn't ready...ours, and 4 other people waiting to check in. Finally got into room about 4pm after they changed kept saying 10 more minutes. After 30 minutes I asked how long, they said sorry, the guest before us had late checkout. We arrived hours early, they knew we were there and still allowed the guest to check out late! Finally got to our room, but bathroom was not clean, sink was dirty, and shower floor had grime and was slippery. Gross! Breakfast was 6:30am-11am, so because of time change we went at 6:30am... Apparently breakfast is brought in and hadn't arrived-what?? So we had a croissant for breakfast after paying for a supposed deluxe buffet breakfast. Then the coffee machine was broken on top of it. They tried to remedy and sent cleaners the next day, and gave us another day of breakfast. Other than location, and one really nice front desk lady with short brown hair, stay was a bust. You could hear the loud doors closing all times of the day, bang, bang, bang. We were woken up almost every hour. Air conditioning worked, that was a plus. The location was great for transit, food, shopping. Based on reviews, not what most people reviewed. Disappointed."

"We spent three days in the hotel and had a fabulous time. Our 5th floor room was compact but had everything we needed. The staff-especially the man who greeted us at 11pm on the Wednesday 3rd-were so helpful and kind. Nothing was a problem. Breakfast was great-good opening hours and had something for everyone. The staff there could have been a bit more friendly but were ok. The pool and spa area was small and compact but well run and very clean. The massage we had was very relaxing. Our only issue was with the pool and changing area. You have to book the pool and on one of the days we booked it, there were 4 ladies in there already so no room for a proper swim and since they’d taken the only beds, nowhere for us to relax. When we then went for our massage ( before getting the train to uk) there was nowhere to shower or get changed as the changing room was in use. We’d been told that we’d be able to shower and wash hair etc but then weren’t allowed in changing room. Since we’d paid over £200 for this, I feel that it should have been available to us. Overall the hotel itself was a great experience and in a great location and we look forward to returning soon!"

"1. Great location across from Gare du Nord (we arrived from CDG and simply crossed the street). 2. Metro station in front of hotel (line 4 will take you to many sights in Paris) 3. Spacious room (unusual for Europe) & breakfast with plenty of yummy choices. We had a great view of the station main façade 4. Friendly and helpful staff! All in all, a great choice!"
