Bien situé pour pas très cher un studio avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un agréable séjour, que ce soit pour une nuit ou plus !!

Der Mann der an der Rezeption gearbeitet hat hat uns erstmal warten lassen weil er sich eine Packung Kekse kaufen müsste dann die 6 Etage ein Zimmer bekommen ohne Aufzug nach oben dann das Zimmer runter gelaufen Wasser Flecken an der Decke Risse in der Wand Schimmel in der Dusche und Waschbecken und alles hat gestunken ... ob es schön war NEIN Ob ich es weiterempfehlen würde NEIN lieber mache ich dann kein Urlaub 117 € für nix Bilder dazu habe ich auch gemacht

I am really happy to stay here. I arrived late but they already prepared and well explained how to get to my room after their service hours. This place is really secure and the room is practical and worth the price in a great Location for walking distance to Montmartre. Really recommend if you are looking for a place to stay with a friendly price in Paris.

Hôtel très bien situé. Les gens y sont gentils.Dans la chambre studio cependant : les prises électriques tombent du mur, un interrupteur ne fonctionnait pas et il faisait un pue froid.

Апартаменты с видом на Сакре-Кёр

Апартаменты состоят из 2 комнат, в зоне спальни удобная кровать и шкаф, в зоне столовой и кухни тоже есть все необходимое, посуда, приборы, кастрюли, сковороды и даже кофе, сахар и соль от предыдущих постояльцев. Удобно, что батареи отопления можно регулировать самим. Ресепшен работает до 20:00, но и вечером после его закрытия можно было заселиться с помощью инструкции, которую прислали по почте. Из окон открывается вид на купола Сакре-Кёр, улица не очень шумная и вполне безопасная. В пешеходной доступности супермаркет, несколько овощных лавок, мясная лавка, несколько кафе. Расположение в целом удобное, от метро Шато Руж всего минут 5-7, до Северного вокзала - минут 15 пешком, до Сакре-Кёр – 10-15 минут. Но во время нашей поездки была забастовка транспортников, метро не работало совсем, поэтому приходилось передвигаться пешком либо осваивать систему наземного транспорта. В центр идти удобно – вниз, а вот обратно приходилось подниматься в горку. До Лувра пешком примерно 40-45 минут, до Люксембургского сада – 1,2 часа. Если изучить схему движения автобусов, можно купить билеты (например на Северном вокзале - 1 билет стоит 1,9 евро, а 10 – 16,90 евро) и доезжать до нужных мест на них хотя бы частично. От улицы Мобёж на автобусе 43 можно доехать даже до Булонского леса ( в обратную сторону он идет к Северному вокзалу), а на 45-м - через центр до площади Согласия. По самой улице Клиньянкур ходит авт. 85 из центра, но его маршрут по карте мы так и не могли установить.

Very nice apartment and quite close to many places of interest (walking distance or by subway, line 4). Quite a good connection with Charles De Gaulle Airport by the subway and train RER line B. Nice restaurant (GIGI) nearby (1 minute walking distance). Supermarkets at a walking distance too (less than 2 minutes).

Great location and service

Excellent location with a balcony overlooking the busy street! The service from management was also amazing and they provided maid service every day with fresh towels. The only negative was the lack of working plug sockets as a number of them we’re hanging by a wire out the wall.

Great place for a week stay

The location was perfect. Great restaurants, grocery store and metro all near. The staff were very helpful and nice. The bed was a bit hard but the got us an extra comforter and that did the trick. Loved having the kitchen for breakfast.

Hemos estado alojados dos familias, la limpieza muy buena, estancia amplia, salón con sofa-cama cómodo, dormitorio y pequeña cocina pero bien equipada. Dependiendo la habitación los suelos estaban más o menos despegados. Edificio antiguo en zona importante de París(a 5 min. De Montmartre subiendo escaleras y 7 min. Del barrio de los pintores), buenas conexiones con metro a toda la ciudad. Conserje muy atento

Everything one needs for a comfortable stay.

This was our first Apart-Hotel stay in Montmartre and it met all our main expectations. The bedroom was comfortable; the rooms very clean; the location ideal; local amenities and restaurant bars copious. It was an easy 20minute walk from Gard du Nord. We had an enjoyable and comfortable stay. Just three points: The eating area could do with a pendant light hanging over it; TV reception was very bad on all but 2 channels (no channel guide on handset). 2 electric plug points were half hanging out of the wall; not unusable but possibly hazardous. All said, we would certainly stay there again and are planning a re-visit in the New Year.

Situation idéale près de Montmartre. Un petit coup de peinture dans les Chambres serait le bienvenu. Bonne literie, propre. Équipement très satisfaisant. Très proche de l'endroit où nous devions nous rendre.
