We did not have breakfast at the hotel. Loved to location between two big stations and with some amenities close by. Room and bed was a size. Defo would stay again for another short break

Staff very friendly and helpful, and spoke English if you aren't confident speaking French. Breakfast was basic, but ok for the price. 20 minutes walking distance from the Palais Garnier where the main shops are situated. 2 minutes from Gare Du Nord and Gare L'est train stations and Metro, so a great location to be based.

A great location for the Gare du Nord which is around 5 minutes walk away so a late arrival or an early depart makes this hotel ideal, small but clean rooms with a reasonable size and again clean bathroom, eateries close by so again ideal for a late Eurostar arrival.

The hotel was close to gard de nord and easy to local. Friendly staff who appreciated you speaking French but will also be able to help you in English when needed. Rooms were clean. Note the elevator is small, but that’s all elevators in Pairs. So if you are travelling with a giant checked bag, put the bag in the elevator and just take the stairs next to it.

Great business stay

I had a wonderful stay. The staff were so lovely and helpful. High recommend. I stayed for work which was ideal because it is so close to the train station and metro lines so was super convenient.

Hotel Léna is a charm in the middle of the busy streets in the area. It is chic, beautiful and close to restaurants and most importantly to the Gare du Nord (3 minutes walking!). The staff was helpful and the room is very luxurious (we stayed at a very small room but it was still very nice).

Really perfect for what we were looking for. A short walk from both Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est, so it's very easy to get anywhere in the city quickly. Our room was clean, relatively updated and modern, and the bathroom was nice as well. The shower was tight, but you can't really fault that considering the size of some of the rooms.

The stay was ok, and the staff was very friendly and nice, where the hotel needs to improve is in keeping their facilities well maintained, we noticed mold on the ceiling and some wear and tear. The breakfast was good, we just recommend that the owners invest in keeping the property in good condition.

Hotel Lena was a great option in a good location...centrally located and an easy walk to the train stations. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was cozy. A bit noisy, but the windows were good at soundproofing and muted most of the traffic. The only real concern is that I could see mold trying to come through the paint on the walls of my room. I kept the windows open to air the room as much as possible and didn't notice any issues otherwise.

Convenient location. Lobby is very chic, the room was cute albeit small. The bathroom could use a renovation. The paint was peeling in many places and the shower leaked water. It was pretty clean too. The personnel was nice except one girl who could not print my boarding pass and told me to go somewhere else. The worst part - is the noise. My room looked onto Blvd Magenta and the noise was unbearable, with the closed windows it was like they were open and the sirens, cars, super busy city noise was too much.

Nice room, a bit too small and with some small damage on the wall. Bed was not proper comfortable. Be aware the stairs as have irregular step. Attentive staff.
