Hotel Flanelles was very clean, nice and cosy. Lakdhar was phenomenal. He was very attentive to our every request. He and the staff went beyond with a honeymoon surprise.

Fantastic hotel right opposite Gare du Nord, the room we stayed in was small but practical for a couple of nights. The staff were amazing and helpful, front front office to the restaurant . As it's opposite Gare du Nord, there are plenty of dining options (including the Hotel's own restaurant), The Louvre is about 3km away which is walkable on a good day, Moulin Rouge 2km away and The Notre Dame Cathedral about similar distance (40mins walk)....we did a lot for walking, but Gare de L'est and many other stations are also round the corner Highly recommended

Lovely property opposite Gare du nord and round the corner from gare de l’Est so great for Metro/train/bus etc. Really comfy & quiet rooms. Staff were excellent and always on reception day or night. Would definately recommend & stay again.

We came out of the metro and we could see the sign almost straight away ! Directly opposite the station gate du Nord so so easy for my early train . The room was great . Beautiful wooden floors - with a lovely bed with crisp white sheets . Modern bathroom with lovely tiles , perfect shower and separated toilet. Also a lovely little balcony looking out into all the life bustling around the station . Went to a restaurant - just by the hotel and had the most delicious meal ! All perfect . Will definitely stay there again .

Gare du Nord

This is a great spot if you are catching the Eurostar early in the morning. It has great service, is clean, and is a very nice restaurant.

The location is very convenient. Next to the train station. A lot of good restaurants around. Very nice bakery on the corner. I didn’t like the fact that my toilet didn’t have sink inside. The sink and shower was on the other side of the room. Over all it’s very nice hotel.

Really lovely hotel. Beautifully refurbished about two years ago. We LOVED the interiors - the room, the bar/restaurant. The superior room was quite spacious with a lovely bathroom. Loved the dark Green tiles and mid-century vibe. Directly opposite the Gare du. Nord, so super convenient for visitors from the UK. Like any mainline station it has its share of ‘undesirables’ hanging around. That was fine with us (we live in south-east London and so actually like a bit of edginess. But it might not be great for families with round children. There were scores of men selling counterfeit cigarettes openly every day on the station forecourt. The only problems we faced at the hotel was lukewarm water in the shower and some issues with the heating. The staff were really super helpful and moved us to another room. They also provide supplementary heating. It was a pity because we loves the hotel. Without that we would have given them fives for everything. (Restaurant food was excellent).

Good value, great access to the metro and comfy!

This is a new boutique hotel across from the Gare du Nord. While the street is nothing to scream about, it had all the amenities that we needed and the access to all metros was super. Spring for a room higher up with a balcony. The views of the Gare du Nord are stunning. Room size was small but comfortable and it was an excellent value. The breakfast was more than adequate..no huge spread of pastries or individually prepared dishes but very satisfactory. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I would like to start off by saying the elevator was down for at least four days during our stay, and their Room entry card issuing system was out of service as well. So every time you wanted to enter your room they had to come and open for you.. The breakfast also was very below average. The put the same old cheese and fruit on the counter, day after the other.. The room service also didn’t change the dirty towel and I had to go and literal take a few from their clean towel stash. The staff are nice and the location is very good for getting around the city but there are a lot of shady individuals right outside of the hotel, I witnessed a pick picketer taking someone’s bag as well and the police were chasing after him. Overall my stay wasn’t enjoyable and I wouldn’t be back there.
