Strange location for a hotel but it works out well. It is located between two train stations making it easy to access Metro and trains. The property is very clean and the staff are welcoming and friendly. Rooms are nice and updated. All day snacks and evening drinks are nice.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff was amazing. The breakfast were delicious. My only complaint is that the rooms were so tiny. It was much smaller than in other hotels I’ve stayed in while in Paris. It might’ve been because we had double twin beds that caused the issue. Otherwise everything was excellent. Loved the staff, loved the style of the hotel.

The customer service was exceptional and the breakfast is so worth it! It was always replenished and fresh even at 945. The staff were always cleaning up and attentive. The front desk was very knowledgeable and lovely! A hidden gem of a hotel in paris. Thank you.

Excellent hotel right opposite Gare De L’Est and within yards of Gare Du Nord. Very clean and well maintained property. Staff is professional and helpful. They have water stations on each floor which was great. Room was spacious enough for 1 person but will be a tight fit for families. Air con was the only issue - didn’t cool the room enough for me but that’s a personal preference

Very good hotel in a great location- right next to the side entrance of gare du l’est train station. Staff was wonderful , remembered me personally, and breakfast was excellent. Only complaint was that it is hard to find if you are coming from gare du Nord, but Google Maps can help out with that.

Hotel itself is great. Rooms are small (as expected for Paris) and hotel is well maintained. While convenient for transit links - easy walking distance to multiple metro lines and to Gare de Nord and Gare de l’Est - area itself is not the greatest.

This hotel was clean modern and rooms were very decent size for Paris. The breakfast was delicious. There 24/7 tea, coffee, water and snacks in the lobby. Staff were very nice and helpful. Its is also located next to a main train station making it easy to get everywhere. Will def stay again.
