So close to Gare de l’Est and 10mins away from Gare du Nord, close to metro so easy to get about. Room great - all amenities, good size and air con which was needed!! Staff helpful and left our bags all day as Eurostar wasn’t until evening

Great location, the property is right next to a convenience/grocery store that is open late, several restaurants and the metro. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that the air conditioning can not be controlled in the room (staff has to do it at the desk) and we felt no difference when the temp was lowered from 24 degrees Celsius to 19. It was scorching last week (temps were 90s-100 degrees F and as an American who loves air conditioning when I sleep I chose this property specifically for its location and A/C. We had to use our portable fans to help keep us cool at night. I would definitely stay here again but probably not in the summer.

Very close to Gare de l'Est, which was so convenient. A nice room, with a view of the old station, good bathroom. Pleasant and helpful staff. We found a good dinner in an African restaurant very nearby and breakfast in a place just around the corner and it was good also.
