"hotel was great for what we paid. Good location
I would not recommend for family of 4 for a long period of time. Rooms were European in size, bathroom was very small even by European standards. The staff were fabulous and super helpful. "
"Place was clean small and definitely an older hotel. Location was great. No breakfast area. Was walkable to station and coffee food. It's fine for a few nights but no way a place of luxury."

Excellent
Ditch the car and walk the Thames Path! Did a gorgeous 8-mile loop up to Teddington Lock (where the Thames becomes an estuary) and back through Bushy Park where we saw lots of deer. Note: Hampton Court Park grounds are open even when Palace isn't!
"The Strand Palace Hotel is a very nice hotel in a great location along the Strand - within walking distance to the Charing Cross rail station and other places of interest such as the Somerset House. Oddly, they could not link my extra night booking to my original … so I had to check out and back in!"
"A comfortable room with excellent facilities and quick Internet access.
The President has very helpful staff & with its close proximity to both bus and underground is all one could ask of a top hotel "
"Excellent hotel, cannot fault it any way, customer service from all staff brilliant, so welcoming and helpful in every way, regular guest, will never stay in any other hotel when visiting London @"
"Very well located hotel. Our room was junior suite with London Eye view, so view was amazing. Also enough space for 2 adults and 1 teen (separate rooms). Hotel is a little bit older and could use some touch ups, but room service was excellent so it made up for little interior faults. Dint go for breakfast though. Seemed too crowded and we used other catering options around the hotel."
