Jimmi was a genuinely helpful and friendly presence throughout our stay, while Mia took care of all our tour arrangements, making things incredibly easy for us. "4th time at this hotel - absolutely worth it. Location is perfect, next to many restaurants and close to Ben Thanh Market. The employees are wonderful in every possible way. Lounge is def worth paying a little extra. The rooms are very clean and has everything you need. Will def be back!"
