"The hotel itself is quite beautiful but the staff speak very little English the bathroom was not cleaned during my entire stay ( 6 nights ) and when I mentioned it to reception at check out she laughed about it The toilet would not flush properly for hours leaving a terrible smell and not being able to use the toilet I had to ask for the soap to be topped up twice The plumbing was terrible every time a toilet was flushed or a tap turned on you would hear it in your room The food in the restaurant was disgusting … the garlic bread had an entire garlic on top making it not edible I ordered vodka pasta and was given vodka pasta with duck The only positive thing I can say is that the transport into the ancient town was safe and reliable. "

"Fantastic stay at the Renaissance hotel, the staff were warm, welcoming, polite and always lovely to speak with, special shout-out to Nguyen, Hannah and Mark. Our Junior Suite room was spacious and comfortable with a fantastic view over the pool and beach. The pool and beach themselves were calm and relaxing even when the hotel itself was busy, and breakfast had plenty of options catering for all cuisines. "

"Really wonderful and relaxing resort with 2 pools, a lovely restaurant and a bar, as well as a very lovely spa and gym. The staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful too. The rooms are generous in size and comfortable. The menu is a mix of traditional Vietnamese options as well as Western choices. All were very well prepared. The resort is well located and there is a small mini market right outside so easy to grab a few essentials too. There is a regular shuttle bus to and from Hoi An town and the beach, but everything is also easy to reach via Grab taxis. The Coconut boats are also easy to reach for a fun day out. Can highly recommend this place as a tranquil escape from busy city life."
