"Our stay at the Grand Sunrise Hotel in Hoi An was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is quite new (around two years old) and it truly shows. The property is in excellent condition, extremely clean, and very well maintained. The rooms were spotless, and the mattresses were incredibly comfortable. Some of the best sleep we had during our entire trip. We were warmly welcomed by Amy and Luna, who were both exceptional. They were genuinely kind, attentive, and always happy to help. They gave us great recommendations, including an excellent tailor in Hoi An and fun activities to do in the area, which made our stay even more special. We stayed for four nights, and breakfast quickly became my husband’s favorite part of the trip. The selection was fantastic, fresh, and delicious every single morning. It was clear a lot of care goes into it. On one of the hottest days, relaxing by the pool was an absolute treat. The staff was always nearby, bringing us drinks and making sure we were comfortable without ever being intrusive. The level of attentiveness and kindness from the entire team truly stood out. Overall, this hotel made our time in Hoi An unforgettable. Wonderful staff, beautiful and clean facilities, amazing breakfast, and a very relaxing atmosphere. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hoi An."
