"The rooms were great, breakfast could be improved, the hot food was stone cold and very oily. The fruit was hit and miss and the vegetarian options need improving. The staff were the highlight, they were amazing and bent over backwards to help."

"Absolutely beautiful hotel. Lovey pools and gardens. The view from our room was out of this world and the room itself had a living room, bedroom and a big bathroom with bath, shower and 2 sinks. Loved staying here and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay again. One minor improvement could be the ability to pay by card. They do have a QR code to scan but this did not work for myself or my partners phone so we had to get cash out before we could purchase water etc from the shop. Something to keep in mind."

"The staff were so incredibly polite and helpful at all times. Very helpful. The only downside was that we had some laundry done at the hotel and when we got to our next destination I realised they had shrunk all of my shirts :( an expensive laundry option as I had to throw them all out and buy new :("

"My friends and I booked the signature on somewhat of a whim. We just wanted to be central in the Hoi An area and didn’t consider things much further. When we arrived we were immediately blown away by the quality of service as well as the beauty of the hotel itself. It is almost like there is a staff member per guest! Everyone was so kind and helpful, providing us directions to different sights and catering their recommendations to the length of our stay. They make everything extremely easy. Aside from the fact that the hotel is less than one minute from the center of Hoi an and all the night life, they have shuttle busses to take you to and from the beach and to other accommodations. They also have free rentals for bikes which we used for a sunset ride to the rice fields. You can also spend a very relaxing day just inside the hotel itself: the food is phenomenal with a wide variety of options, and there is a very quaint and relaxing pool area. This place checks all the boxes!"

"This is a beautiful resort. The rooms are well appointed. The spa is a space of relaxation as soon as you walk through the doors. The breakfast buffet has an abundance of choices and everything is delicious. The pool is the perfect temperature and the location is convenient. The staff is friendly and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay."
