"We loved our stay at the Bel Marina. All the staff were so lovely and friendly. We had a small issue with our AC not cooling when we first checked in so called reception to get it sorted fixed. We went out for an hour and when we returned it was working fine. They called the following day to check it was ok and were very apologetic. They apologized again when we checked out. They seem to really appreciated customer feedback as they had a customer survey we were asked to fill out at breakfast. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options for everyone. We loved both the poo; areas. We swam at the main pool near the entrance mostly as there were more pool lounges. Staff did there best to find you somewhere to sit and would move the pool lounges into the shade on the grass if you liked. Had some great free craft to do. Our daughter painted a traditional hat and made a fish out of banana leaves. Location was great, only 5 min walk to the night markets and lots of great local restaurants. Would definitely go back again"

"Thank you for your beautiful hospitality! The Saga Hotel Hoi An is so beautiful, especially the staff. I wish I knew everyone’s names, but a special thank you Nhung, Tram, Tinh, Huong (both of them!), and Khanh. You all went above and beyond in hospitality. Thank you to the cleaning staff, my room was so clean every day. The beautiful pool, incredible breakfast spread, beautiful lobby and pool and pool food options, and free bike usage. I’m so grateful for this hotel, you made my time in Hoi An so special. You have a really special hotel and you made me feel welcome at every greeting. Thank you. The small details make a big difference."

"Staff was excellent and very helpful. The location is great. Close to the boats, the markets, stores, bars, etc. The breakfast was plentiful and the food was good and the beer cold."

"Amazing well looked after property with very helpful and friendly staff. Great amenities, from bikes, spa treatments, sunset cruises, yoga and shuttle services. All complimentary. The villa we stayed in with its private pool was top notch. Breakfast had a good variety of delicious high quality food. Would definitely recommend and return. We only stayed 3 nights a d it was way too short."

"The Lantana Boutique Hotel on the riverbank of Hoi An is a wonderful little hotel with friendly staff and is in a fantastic location. Actually the location was the reason I chose the hotel and I wasn't disappointed. In a short 5 minutes walk you can be in the old town or any number of restaurants and bars. The room with a view of the river is the room to get. Pick this hotel for Hoi An will be a good choice. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel for 7 nights. The room was spacious and clean with great air conditioning and the staff were friendly and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. In particular we were greeted every morning with a beautiful smile from Bell Supervisor - Ong Duc Viet - he was so helpful and his friendly service was amazing. I would highly recommend staying here. In a great location just a short walk from the old town."
