"Great place to stay. Close to shops, restaurants, and the hotel is beautiful. We stayed for one night and returning again. The breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed the amazing views. Will definitely recommend to all my friends and family. The staff is so nice and helpful. Our place to stay next time we travel to Vietnam."

"We had booked a cheap room with no windows and upon arriving had been upgraded. The staff were kind and helpful. They allowed us to keep our bags in the lobby the day we left as had to wait for taxi at 11.30 am. The breakfast was great and staff up there very helpful too. The hotel had great communication and sorting out pick up from the airport was easy. Very grateful to the staff"

"We absolutely loved this property! It was the perfect location in the Old Quarter of Hanoi right in the middle of the action and excitement of the city but felt like a quiet retreat each time we came back. The rooftop pool and bar was a lot of fun for the whole family, and our children really enjoyed the chance to swim in the beautiful water! The best part of our trip, however, was the help we received from Hanne! She was absolutely amazing and even let me connect with her on WhatsApp for city sightseeing and food recommendations. She was incredibly professional but so sweet and friendly! The entire staff was amazing as well, so accommodating and sweet. Really impressed with this stay!"

"We had a really nice stay here. For the price we paid, it was great value for money. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, which made it very easy to explore the area. The hotel was comfortable and pleasant, but what really stood out were the staff, everyone was so lovely, friendly and helpful. We also really enjoyed the breakfast in the morning; there was a good selection and everything was fresh and tasty. Overall, a great little hotel in a fantastic location, especially for the price. We would happily stay here again."
