"Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough!! All of the staff went out of their way to ensure we felt at home at this hotel. They were so hospitable and accommodating. I want to give a special shoutout to Rose who helped us with booking massage, dinner, transportation to the airport etc. she was lovely! The breakfast was wonderful as was the massage at the hotel spa. The room was clean and comfortable. The high price is the only downside but it’s worth it. "

"When we arrived, we were informed that breakfast was a 2-3 minute walk and that the bar was closed for renovations. The junior suite room we booked, was tired and taken up mainly by the huge bed which was very comfortable. The room was cleaned daily. The location in the old quarter couldn’t have been better, walking distance to Train Street etc . The staff couldn’t do enough for you and were extremely helpful. I think the photographer must have been paid well to exaggerate the size and quality of the hotel and room"
