The artwork everywhere and attention to detail is a very chic look and feel, lovely. Room was comfy, worth getting a street view to watch the busy old town. No gym but the lake was right there and closed off for running in the morning. "

"Beautiful hotel in Hanoi!! The hotel has only been open for 7 months and of the 3 hotels we stayed in in Hanoi it was definitely the best! As soon as you walk in the staff are so welcoming and friendly and the place smells devine! The hotel manager Rose was lovely and took the time to talk to us whenever we saw her. We had a Metropole Suite room with a balcony which was fabulous! Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice & very attentive service and all the staff came out of the hotel to wave us off which was lovely 😍"
