"We stayed here twice on our way to/from CO/MN. Both times, the front desk guys were soooooo accommodating. It was a time of year when it was not busy so they were able to do room changes (to 1st floor). I love that there are so many room varieties - i.e. pet friendly, king suite, family suite (3rd floor).
