Wonderful shower pressure. Comfy beds. However I noticed some doorways had large gaps letting lots of light and shadows into the hall and more than once my friend had issues with their door getting it closed or opened. Very stiff.

Need was hard and uncomfortable, pillows were not great so didn't sleep well. The room was not super clean, some pet food on the floor, the faucet handle was broke. Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was just OK.

The staff was nice and helpful. They had an issue with the pool which was fine since I wasn’t swimming. The bathroom in my room needed the exhaust fan cleaned as it was sucking out the air, overall 4 out 5 stars

The room was amazing. Lots of room with a separate dining area. The beds were so comfortable. Everything was clean and the person at the front desk was very helpful. The hotel was convenient to all restaurants and fast food places. It was only ten minutes from Falls Park which was a bonus.

The bed was awful. It was hard and lumpy. No pillow top, The TV sound did not match what was spoken. Lips and sound were not in sync. The best thing in the room was the shower head. Nice hard pressure We won’t be staying at a Beat Western ever again.

My room was dirty and no room service provided I need to ask for the room service as well need to ask for shampoo and conditioner for the hair bathroom exhaust fan making noise and the microwave door latch broke I got charge my $75 dollars deposit never got my deposit back I called several times and the staff hang out my called never go back to this hotel again.
