"Pros: The curtains could be drawn to completely block light. The room was nicely furnished and well equipped, the bed very comfortable, and the bathroom immaculate. Cons: The room (221) was colder than I wanted and I couldn’t adjust the AC jso I finally unplugged it. The closet with the refrigerator and microwave doesn’t smell good and needs airing I arrived late and left very early so can’t comment on everything but I will return next time I arrive at the airport. "

"The unit was in a great location. Staff could have done more to pick up trash around the pool area and walkway to the beach. Also, the facility ran out of olive juice for martinis as well as a couple of other things which was disappointing."

"Another perfect beach trip at Golden Sands. This resort is everything you could want in a beach stay. I’ll never look anywhere else again. This was the second time we’ve stayed there and in between I’ve stayed at probably a dozen hotels across the country. Granted not all were for vacation but the Golden Sands sets the bar for hospitality, cleanliness, and just everything! It is convenient and lovely. Next door the Ocean Grill is great for lunch or dinner and the tiki bar is fun too! "

"I Love coming to this vacation spot. The only thing was that the hot tub was out of order and the showers outside from beach were not working proper. But still love coming here. Sometimes on ocean things happen and been to property for six years and this was the ONLY time we had some issues. But pool was still open and had a great time. "

"Easy drive to many Art Galleries,Towns & Restaurants. Exit to main road is a little hairy, but hotel was terrific price and the pool was clean and delightful. Will book another stay. "
