I stayed there for five nights and it was absolutely wonderful. The place is huge and has everything you can imagine from restaurants to entertainment and is centrally located close to the Blue Ridge Parkway. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the price of the room was very reasonable. This is the only place I'll stay in Cherokee North Carolina when I return.
Great experience....clean rooms and facilities and all staff members were extremely polite and helpful...l

Rooms and hallways could have been cleaner ,internet was spotty, the casino was good , no breakfast room service except on weekends, was a nice stay but I'd probably go to the newer one in Murphy before going back here....
I had never been to this one before but had been to the one in Atlantic City, so I kinda knew what to expect. As with any Casino/resort, expect it to feel like a small town. There is a lot of walking to get to anything, and its sometimes easy to get turned around. I really appreciated the separate feel of the casino and the hotel though. Food is a little pricey but thats to be expected with the names behind even the quick things (Gordon Ramsay). I will say the pizza and the burgers at the market were 100% worth the money spent though.
Staff very helpful. Resort is beautiful. If you are coming to visit just for casino you will be disappointed, it is the worst paying casino I’ve ever visited. Also front desk needs a map to hand out very confusing.
The room was spacious and clean. I loved all the restaurants especially Gordon Ramsey food court the fish and chips are delicious. I loved the bowling alley and arcade
