Family friendly Hotels in North Carolina

"The Cascades really needs to update a lot. They need more staff who are friendly! The first impression we walked into was a front desk person who had no personality. Our first room was nasty & so we were able to move down the hall. The beds were uncomfortable- mattress so thin that we could feel the steel frame underneath us!! Water pressure in shower was terrible, room was ick on overall cleanliness. The resort itself was an ok stay- our kids are young and enjoyed the water slide & pool....

"We loved our stay at the residences, the unit was incredibly spacious with a stone fireplace, full kitchen, living room, separate bedroom with a king bed, jacuzzi tub and a full shower as well as a balcony and hardwood floors. It was very quiet and tucked away. We didn’t use the heated pool or hot tub but it is definitely a nice option and the price was unbelievable. We would definitely stay here again."
