Excellent stay. Very quiet. Room was clean and hotel staff were friendly. Parking was safe. However, I suggest that a diligent search for a more suitable food vendor is conducted. The breakfast was HORRIBLE! The coffee was really though. Thankfully there is a Waffle House within feet from the hotel.

The hotel itself was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and I had a pleasant stay indoors. However, the surrounding area felt somewhat unsafe. I noticed a number of homeless individuals nearby, and a few appeared to be under the influence of substances, which made the environment uncomfortable, especially during evening hours.

We had an excellent experience at this location. Every member of staff we met was incredibly kind and helpful. The room was clean. The breakfast was great. There are a lot of homeless in the area and sometimes the parking lot seemed a little unsafe. I’m not sure what could be done to help with this, but we were approached in the parking lot and there was a homeless man laying on the hill outside of our window. Overall though a great stay, I just don’t think we will be returning to Asheville anytime soon.
