They are wonderful at Mia’s Boutique. We have stayed here twice now, and absolutely love how clean it is and how friendly the staff in the office is. The air conditioning in the room is incredible!!!! If you like to sleep in a little late, you probably won’t be able to, as the cleaning people are extremely loud and the rooms are not exactly sound proof. Beyond that, the rest of the experience at Mia’s is so great that we try to look past the cleaning people being as loud as possible first thing in the morning. We will definitely be staying here again!

I had an oceanfront room (#17), and it was The Best. Pristine in cleanliness, and the view from the balcony was absolutely stunning.! No elevator for those who require one, but I would absolutely stay here again. This is a great place!

Room was updated and clean. The heater broke one night and was fixed immediately the same day. They staff was so friendly and helpful. Will stay again loved the closeness to the beaches and a lot of the restaurants and shops.

This was a very nice property with an excellent location. Pros: Clean room, well equipped kitchen, great location with things to do within walking distance, rooms fairly well insulated from noice (cannot hear others speaking in their rooms). Cons: Because they are pet friendly with no fees, MANY MANY dogs, and the 2 dog limit seems to not be enforced, and many dog owners let their dogs #2 and just pushed sand over the feces very close to the hotel/walkways. limited parking (fewer spaces than 1 car per unit). As long as you are good with barking, you'll be fine. Overall, a nice place to stay!

The room was very clean. The room was walking distance to the beach. It was very affordable. There was no door tags to let the staff know we needed service. The bathroom and shower are smaller than an rv. None of the icemakers worked at all.
