"The property was easy to find but the room took a minute. We had to drive around and figure out where the pool was and what it was called. A map would make it easier to find. "Unfortunately, our room was not up to our standards. The bathrooms were not fully cleaned and the air conditioning went out twice. The day we came in (July 20, 2023), the upstairs units were 78 degrees and blowing warm air. Maintenance was called and showed up. We were told that it was repaired. It took several hours for those units to cool down. Because check in is 4:00, it took hours for these rooms to cool down to make sleeping comfortable. "Rented Sandcastle Sanctuary and absolutely lo rd it !!! We actually ended up staying another day, as didn’t want to leave. House was as advertised. Very spacious with all the amenities, and right off the beach. Would love to return next year !!!"
