"Best Western Brook Norwich Hotel check in experience I booked a family room. I came with a heavy luggage and two young children (2y and 4y). My room was on 2nd floor. I found it isn’t convenient that there is no lift because it is not easy to carry the luggage through stairs while looking after two children on stairs. There was a slight walk way from reception and the stairs. The lighting is a bit dark. My two children were scared of walking through it. I wish the lighting can be as bright...

All was ok asked for more pillows sorted very quick. Had dripping taps but did not spoil the stay. Lady on reception put some balloons and a sign on the door for my birthday that was lovely. "So glad my friend and I booked a room at Revado for a few nights in Norwich! It is so conveniently located just 5 minutes from the train station, with plenty of bus stops if you don't walk to city center. The room was spacious and clean, and there was a nice little treat tray when we arrived. Staff was so very, very nice. We had just one meal at the Namaste restaurant. I wish we could have had more! "Had a lovely weekend break with my partner. Willows Guest House is in a perfect location and close to the seafront and lots of local attractions, shops and places to eat. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable and had a lovely view of the seafront. Breakfast was delicious and well cooked. The hosts were extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome. Sometimes parking can be a problem when staying at small B&Bs but we were able to park right outside the hotel and given free parking...
