The staff were friendly but were unable to change my room which was not ideal. I was given a disabled room- the fittings were heavily rusted, the shower flooded the entire bathroom and the sink was badly chipped. A deep clean of the room is also required

Unbeknown to us we had booked on a ‘footy’ weekend! But it made no difference to the hospitality of the staff. Friendly, efficient, helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent with wide choice and catered well for me with a gluten problem. Highly recommended

Great staff and good size room. Only downside was the heating didn’t work. They brought me extra blankets (very quickly) and apologised but it was a cold night. Great breakfast Ideal location for the football or a trip into Norwich if you don’t mind a short walk.

We booked the holiday inn Carrow Road as perfect for our stay. We was celebrating my birthday on NYD so booked for NYE forn2 nights so we an go to Norwich City. Reception was outstanding and very efficient. We was upgraded to 6th floor and had football pitch view of the stadium. The room was quite large but it was very dated and tiresome. There was one chair by a desk, no plug sockets by one side of the bed, the complimentary fridge had 1 can of water, 1 can of Pepsi and 1 packet of crisps but yet there was 2 Adults staying, they was not even replenished the following day as we was there do 2 nights. I made the mistake of booking in my name as my partner is a IHG member platinum usually he will get drink voucher.
