2/10 Terrible

"It took more than two hours to check in with hundreds guests and only two front staff. The worst check in experience ever. I am pretty sure the situation lasted the whole afternoon and night, and the hotel management didn't seem to care and take any actions. No, they did. They charged $30 for express check in que which didn't actually seem express enough. I will never go back to this hotel till they officially apologize to all guests on that day and fix this."

Harrah’s Las Vegas – A Caesars Rewards Destination

"I kept the casino area well maintained, but that we were there for four days and it took them two days to clean our room. We requested their refrigerator for my wife’s medicine and it took three refrigerators to get one that actually worked. They do not have anything open to eat after 6 o’clock none of the restaurants stay open late. I do not believe that we will always ever stay there again."

The LINQ Hotel & Casino – A Caesars Rewards Destination

"The Linq is like a hub spot to restaurants and shopping. When you're on the casino floor there's multiple exits to the strip which is convienient. The cheapest place to eat was at In & Out Burger which was in between the Linq and the Flamingo. There's lots of food options all within a realative short distance. If your planning on taking the monorail there's access from the hotel. When I checked in I was able to upgrade to a two room suite for $30 a night. The room was in district 3 so it was quite a walk to get to the room compared to where I checked in and I noticed district 1 and 2 were less walking distance. If trying to limit your walking avoid district 3. The hallways are dimmly lit when getting off the elevator to the rooms and makes it feel like its a cheap hotel especially compared to the Venetian for example. Once in the room there was a ton of space. I had TWO bathrooms, just one with a shower. A kitchen area with a sink. A fridge but no micowave. A keurig for coffee. A nice L shape sofa two people can lay down on and tvs in both rooms. Seperate AC for both rooms and the bed was comfy. The shower has a fan to keep the moisture down and the cleaning staff was friendly. The room faced the pool which I used daily and is open 9-6. There's a DJ and the music is bumping the whole time so if your planning to sleep past 9am good luck. The first floor rooms have direct access to the pool with a outside enclosed area which I would have preferred. I would stay here again."

"I reserved 2 rooms. When I tried to check in using the Kiosk it canceled one thinking it was a duplicate. It took over 45 minutes to go through the line to speak with an agent. They gave us 2 rooms on the 26th floor with great views, 2613 and 2688. So the rooms were not together and 2613 had a pervasive sewer smell. I was told I would have to go back to the registration desk to see if they would find us another room that didn’t smell. It was late and u was tired so we had to suffer through the odor. When I checked out they would not give me a receipt for the total charges for both rooms. I was very disappointed overall. The view was nice but we were all tired from hiking and driving and just wanted to get some rest. "
