"We never got fresh towels or coffee refills. We did not ask for that but I thought that would be automatic. Having a $5 dollar price on the bottles of water was kind of ridiculous. I guess we are supposed to make our coffee with bathroom water"

"Enjoyed our stay, drink service in the casino areas was good. My main complaint was that the air conditioning was set too cold which made playing in the casino uncomfortable without a light jacket."

"Clean room. Accommodated late arrival. The ice machine was broken, and the staff was kind and filled our personal water jug and cup to make our trip more enjoyable. Even with the late arrival, the staff was courteous and respectful. Good experience."

"Room was clean . Typically, the TV remote was scetchy. The coke machine was not operable. The housekeeper and front desk ladies were pleasant and helpful . The ground in the parking lot could have been cleaner and it appeared the pool was not available ."
