"First time at Peppermill after 21 years of attending Hot August Nights. This particular trip was not HAN related but just an overnighter from San Jose, Ca. Impressed. GSR was and has been our go to location for many years. Peppermill moving forward will most likely be our new go to hotel in Reno moving forward. Great job Peppermill. "

"Excellent beds and spacious comfortable rooms. My only issue was that it would be really hard to park and their parking spot counter would show you that like 12 spots are left, but they haven’t updated the spot availability since they’ve been doing construction and boarding off half the parking and the pool you have to walk through a construction site just to get to it so we didn’t bother. The staff wasn’t overly helpful however, I will say that there was an absolute bright light when we went to the after glow lounge. Matthew the bartender and the band that was playing really made my whole crappy day turn right around with the positivity, music and light."
