"I was greeted at check in and I made 2 reservations because I had to come down from Indiana a day earlier than expected. The desk accommodated me very well and made it all go smooth. They upgraded my room and treated me as a valued customer. The next morning I had to check out and back in and again it was smooth and again I was treated as a valuable customer. I stay here when I come into town almost always."

"Great location and wonderful service! I got my room early and on a higher floor with a nice view of the French Quarter. There were absolutely no noise issues whatsoever and the pool is a great addition to this historic place! "

"Each year, for the convention I was there for, I prefer to stay at this location. I wish there was better parking options other than only valet but I park a couple blocks away and walk which may not be a good choice for some because it is New Orleans (iykyk). Aside from that, the breakfast was great, the room was perfect, and I had no issues during my stay. "
