"Positives: considerate and kind staff, neat gift and useful discount card at check-in, a little earlier check-in, very clean facility and room, great shower, roomy bathroom with a long counter:), nice AC, location, reasonable rate, great pool and exercise room, refrigerator and microwave in my room:), valet parking available for a fee(little high), felt safe, overall wonderful stay!! Negatives: 2 elevators to get to my room, there was a crisis situation nearby and no text or email to update me on the situation with the hotel, a few shady characters right out in front of the hotel…but I enjoyed the stay"
