"Our room very clean and comfortable. The hotel is on older side but well maintained. The breakfast included has a limited menu and service could have used more staff."
"Great stay overall. The location is fantastic, and the hotel is quiet and peaceful. There is no in-room dining service, but if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway rather than a social atmosphere, this is a great choice."
"One of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The location and staff were good. The room itself was mediocre. No mini-fridge or microwave. What made this such a terrible stay was the room location. I don’t know what I did to deserve that room but in a hotel with 18 floors and many many rooms, they gave me the room facing the elevators on the 18th floor (rm 1815). The noises kept me up at all hours of the day and the elevator traffic was terrible, especially because the 18th floor is the transfer floor between another set of elevators to higher floors. Staff were banging mop buckets on my door at 6AM. No privacy at all. Speaking as someone who works in hospitality, this room is by far the last room I would ever rent to someone but it seemed to be one of the first they offer especially if you book a good rate on expedia. I will never return to this hotel. NOLA is the best tho and the staff were always friendly."
"great place, everyone is happy and helpful. even on raining days they offer umbrella to keep dry. staff always had a smile on their face. place is very clean. enjoy a refreshing drink at the carousel with great atmosphere."
