"Property was nice; in a great location.
When you check in, make sure you ask what amenities there are with your reservation. Staff did not volunteer information. I had to ask to get clarity of all the benefits with my reservation. Other than that, my experience with Royal Sonesta was really nice."
"Staff was very good, especially house keeping. Every little detail was maticulous in my room. Best house keeping I've ever experienced. Lots of shopping and restaurants downstairs. There is even a tsa-pre office (which I used). The only thing that was a little shaky was self parking. It is really difficult to pay these people as everything is on an app you have to download, enter all your personal information and credit card info. We had to get the front desk to come out to the parking garage to help us. It needs to be more user friendly/easier. My god, if you want our money, make it easier for your clients to give it to you. "
"From check in with Daetreal to Pierre at the concierge this was an amazing place to stay! The beds were super comfortable and it was in a great location as it’s within walking distance of the French quarter and the king smoothie center. The breakfast was so good! Had lots of options and the food was great. I would highly recommend this place to stay while you’re in New Orleans!! "
