"We liked that it was right in the middle of everything. It was easy to get where we wanted to go. Bourbon Street was less than a block away so we found food and entertainment quickly. "Great value stay and the property is adorable. Was a little grumpy that the pool was down indefinitely for a cleaning and the tv didn’t work, but the staff got the pool cleaned for the next day. The pool made the stay with a break from the heat and humidity. Didn’t think we would be able to sleep Saturday night with how loud it was, but underestimated our exhaustion and Sunday and Monday night you could hear a pin drop. "Our room was comfortable, quiet, and I slept well. Staff were friendly and attentive. I felt very secure in this hotel, as doormen recognized me and my partner, you need your key card to access the floors with rooms via elevator, and staff would ask to see your key card at later hours. Our room was pretty basic, but well-kept. Housekeeping was friendly and made up the room both days while we were out. The location was convenient, with lots of restaurants, several Walgreens within walking distance."
