"The staff was very friendly, our butler was amazing, anything we asked for he got done and in a timely manner. I also enjoyed the food. I didnt like that they kept coming in the room so often to clean and change the bed, even after you can see someone already cleaned. Also they took our towels and didnt replace them clean and dirty we had to keep requesting towels. They do have a button to press so they know when its ok to enter and not ok. But if you need your fridge restocked and keep the button on for them to restock they tend to redo everything."

"We loved every minute of our stay! While I had read reviews that this is a quieter place and not much for kids to do, we took our 12 and 9 year old boys and they were quite happy the entire time. The planned activities along with the teen room were enough to keep them entertained. We stayed for 5 glorious days!"
