"The property was amazing. The staff were amazing. Everything was nice and clean. It was a beautiful place to be at. They have many workshops during the day, but you would have to look them up day by day and make sure you were in line on time because it’s first come first serve. The only problem we had was the mini bar was not stocked up for two days after calling and talking to the lady who cleaned we were able to get some stuff stocked in the mini fridge. Another thing was everything from the spa was taxed. Every single item was taxed individually and that was something new for us since we’ve never been taxed on anything at any resort. Mercado 19 for breakfast was amazing. The staff were amazing. The food was amazing. The dinner reservations for Mercado was OK. The food was good. Just remember not to order tacos with rice because apparently they serve taco with rice and we’re not used to having tacos in our rice, other than that, the food was great everywhere we went to eat. It was great. We just had to get reservations and that was a little bit difficult to do make sure that you wake up early in the morning a day before to to reserve where you would like to eat every day reservations can be difficult unless you upgrade and the Butler would do it for you other than that we had the most amazing time ever."

"Gorgeous property, excellent staff and amenities. Did not love having to make reservations in person ahead of time from 9-5 at the front desk for dinner, it was inconvenient and would prefer they offer online reservations. However everything was perfect; Will absolutely be back. "
