"We were completely shocked at the state of the room. We requested the best they had, yet there were dead bugs on the sheets, a blood stain on the bed! And toothbrush residue splattered all over the bathroom mirror. We took pictures and I let the staff (a woman who remained on her phone during the entire conversation) know.
