Room was lovely and clean with plenty of towels and toiletries. Staff were polite and helpful. The resort is lovely and pleasant to walk around.

We liked staying at the Grand Hyatt. Beautiful resort, amazing facilities. The only thing I didn't like was the noise coming from the construction site but I understand its temporary. Otherwise really good. We also liked that near the hotel we could find nice cafes.

We needed a place to unwind at the end of our hectic trip, and Grand Hyatt was just right. Reasonably priced 5-star resort, a bit dated but well maintained. Lovely quiet beach. Large and beautiful grounds.

The staff were friendly eager to assist. Whilst the first night of my stay the room was not what l expected, as in old and smelling of mould. They changed my room and it was lovely.
