It was our first time in Bali, and this resort made it an unforgettable experience. The service team—Linda, Ciara, Deisy, Chica, and all the other staff—were incredibly polite, professional, and attentive. The breakfast was excellent, and the yoga sessions and morning walks were wonderful experiences. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely love to come back!

The A/C in the room is way too cold. You cannot set the temperature. I do like the cold but this was freezing blast cold. I had read the same issue on previous reviews and thought it was not a big deal since I like the cold but this was wayyy too much. To be comfortable in the room I had to wear a heavy jacket and pants. The property is dated, the pool area is just ok, the noise outside (traffic) travels through the thin windows. The menu of the restaurant had no description of the ingredients in the dishes. Anyway, it was not terrible but I would not stay there again. For the price they are charging they need to step up their game.
