All of the staff were very accommodating. The place was very clean and well maintained. Lived up to a 5 star luxury hotel. Food was amazing. Right in front of it already a beach and they have a free bike to use within the vicinity. Cant wait to go back and stay there again.

Return visitors to this hotel - the standard of the hotel, cleanliness and staff friendliness are still exactly at the high standard that we experienced couple of years ago as well. Great choice if you want proximity to the airport with a relaxing stay. The only complain would be the poor layout of the premier room - with the wardrobe being inside the bathroom area, and the glass door that separates it from the bed room area seems like a very weird layout. Having to push the glass door every time to reach the wardrobe/closet area was really annoying, and would’ve been a much better experience if it was a slide door instead.

Everything about this place was absolutely amazing. I couldn’t imagine anyone having a bad experience or even the most picky as people would have a lot of trouble trying to be upset about something. The buffet breakfast is like nothing I’ve seen before in Bali. It is just so massive with so many different options. Like it is totally worth it. The place is so cleaned and being cleaned. 24 seven and the staff surely would have a sore face with how much they smile. 1010 experience.
