Great hotel with a lovely garden, big pool and directly by the beach. Lots of breakfast choices and a good menu for lunch and dinner. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. Will definitely be going back.

Firstly, the staff are beautiful! Always so happy and ready with a smile, nothing was a problem. The breakfast buffet was amazing!! I love how everyday was something different! Our room was immaculately maintained and had everything we needed. The pool and bar had us entertained each visit and Nyepi Day was a blast! We would definitely stay again.

Airport shuttle was waiting with a sign with our name. Staff were friendly and always happy to assist: at the front desk, breakfast, pool, restaurant, spa, and room cleaning. Immaculate accommodations, only down side was beach is under construction. Breakfast was incredible with such a wide variety to meet everyone’s needs.

Their is nothing bad to say at all, our experience was amazing, resort was one of the best we have ever stayed at and we travel a lot, pool was gorgeous, staff were amazing made lots of new friends, my daughter is still crying, didn't want to leave, breakfast, pool side cocktails, lunch and dinner were all excellent, entertainment from bingo to live dance and music was beautiful, lots of dining, shopping walking distance from resort, every staff member went out of their way to assist with anything we needed, even let us check out from our room at 6pm due to our late flight, Bintang thank you for everything you have done for us, We will be back very soon Thank you once again

Excellent breakfast buffet, polite cooperative staff. Nice grounds and large swimming pool. Safe deposit box was unreliable and we had a leak from the roof of the bathroom after heavy rain but in general, the room was fine. The beach was not nice however.
