The staff were friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much hassle. We were always greeted with a smile and a good morning. The hotel was fantastic, came with every amenity needed. Upon arrival we got upgraded for free as they overbooked our room, the staff were friend and helpful, room was clean, pool was amazing right out our sliding room too, dispite this it was a quiet area very enjoyable, breakfast was amazing great entertainment at nights. Positives: rooms are clean and good size (I got upgraded which was amazing), staff very friendly and helpful, the main pool was great and good location. Negatives: There is construction next door which really impacted on our holiday. I was after a relaxing holiday by the pool and the constant jackhammering made that difficult. Would have been better to know this before booking. Food also average. Once construction is completed this is a great hotel to stay at.
