"We were given a smoking room despite no mention of it being one and both guests have asthma, we got a new room but it was a hassle to deal with as we had a language barrier. Every guest checking in on the same day wasnt allowed into their room before 3pm despite all the rooms ready, obviously that makes sense for checking in time but when we all could go up it cause a huge 15-20min delay with a single small elevator, but the rooms were ready so it was just so inconvenient. "Clean, amenities were well-stacked and the staff was superb. Monzennakacho is just outside the tourist areas but very convenient to Ginza, Nihonbashi, Asakusa, Tsukiji, etc. This was perhaps our fifth stay over the last two years and we intend to return again soon."

"Issues with mold/mildew spots in bathtub grout and a small dark blotch on ceiling indicative of mold/mildew. Front desk addressed the problem appropriately once this issue was raised.
Overall, I will book at this location again for my future trips."
"The hotel is very pretty and clean. I particularly enjoy the digital view of the laundry room to determine when a load is done. Convenience 7-11 near the hotel. Very beautiful interior. "
