If you’re planning to stay here to be close to Tokyo Disneyland, I’d say it absolutely works and is a great value. I’d only add that the time it takes to get to Disneyland is a little longer than it may be at other places simply due to the nearest train station. I’m sure a bus, Uber, taxi, etc. could remedy that though. All in all, would absolutely recommend. "
