"In a word - grim! There was mould in bathroom and throughout apartment. There were hairs still across the floor, there was inadequate cooking utensils. The place felt damp and I’m reasonably sure we ended up with chest infections from staying there."

"I had a wonderful stay at City Garden Grand Hotel in Makati! The staff made me feel welcome and well taken care of, and their hospitality was a highlight of my visit.
