To start off the unit was clean but it feels like it was just renovated recently and there were paint marks you can find on the floors. "Very friendly staff. Room was just okay, looked outdated and had an old smell, but clean. Shower/ water heater took awhile to heat up but when it did, showering was great. Buffet breakfast was big with lots of options/ stations and clean and very friendly servers. I realize it’s one of the old hotels in Makati, maybe it’s time for a more modern renovation. Overall, stay was good."
