We found hair in the shower, a spider in the sheets under the cover in one of the beds, multiple insects - the house is cluttered. "This stay was a splurge for us, but was wonderful to spend Christmas together with our boys who are in their 20's. We actually got delicious takeout from a favorite restaurant, drank wine, and played games around the table with the fireplace going. They enjoyed having their own beds and we enjoyed the quality family time. Place was comfy and clean and close to skiing."

"The communication beforehand and during our trip was incredible. They had an option for offline capabilities and the hot tub worked great. Thank you for this great stay! There were also plenty of towels and all the necessities for a full kitchen."
