"The breakfast was very good but the staff made breakfast excellent! I cannot say enough good things about the breakfast staff! There were other things about the stay I did not like. For example, while the hotel is “non smoking,” one day of our stay someone on our floor was smoking pot and the hallway reeked of it, all day, over 10 hours! Plus, people would smoke pot and cigarettes right by the side entrances/exits, so one had no choice but to breathe it in. I did stay in two different hotels last summer in Co. Spings and did not have this issue. Also, I called the front desk because we didn’t receive a scheduled housekeeping and we were out of TP. The front desk person literally hung up on me - answered the call, didn’t saying anything and hung up the phone. Also, while the room was clean and housekeeping (when we got it) was excellent. There was a weird change in floor level in our room, and I repeatedly stubbed my toes on it. I would not choose this hotel again, but NOT because of the hotel or staff but because of the other guests. "

"Property was fine but there are no amenities. The pool and spa advertised are in another hotel. No coffee. The shuttle stops at 8 on Saturday night"

"Old building. But they did a good job on keeping it maintained. Pretty quiet inside didn’t really hear other people. breakfast was adequate. just the right enough of items to get you going for the morning. overall day was great."

"Terrible customer service. I have contacted the propery regarding a sweater that was left behind less than 2 hours from checking out. I specifically told whomever I was texting the room number and I had left the sweater on the bed. No response whatsoever! "
