"The first room that I got the bathroom floor was completely flooded. The next room was completely worn out. spider webs on the wall, bathroom tub rusted, TV not working, no full mattress covers. Third world at best. It would have been better for me to sleep in my car at least it was clean."

"The front desk staff was amazing. The Continental breakfast was impressive. The room was spacious and clean. The pool area was very nice. The only complaint I have is that the housekeeping staff was literally posted outside our door for 20 minutes prior to checkout time and came in while we were gathering up the rest of our items and started breaking down the room, which was a bit off-putting, to say the least. Otherwise, I would've rated it 5 stars, without a doubt."

"Parking was not very clear. We ended up Moving our car three times and hoped it was safe. Frustrating that the ice machines were only in the 3rd and 5 th floors. We were on the fourth. Internet was out the whole time 13+ hours while we were there, so no tv. Breakfast was good but not enough seating so we ate in the lobby. Staff was kind but due to location we probably not stay here again. If you need the hospitals across the street you might not mind the constant emergency vehicles in the night."

"Have been staying here for years and it is starting to show some wear, but overall still in good condition. I am not happy about having to pay to park now and use some 3rd party company to do that - who overcharged us. It is a real pain! Thinking of staying elsewhere next time."

"We had room 121 and the room was not the quality we usually get through Best Western. I believe it was a handicap room which we didn't need. The room was not up to our standards this time. Also when housekeeping comes to clean the room they never restock the coffee."
