"If we could give 10/10 for our stay, we would! Immediately, at check in, we were upgraded to a fantastic room. We were disappointed that we had a late check in because we would have loved to have stayed longer in our room. The sitting area was large enough to have been able to invite guests! The room was clean and spacious. Our only complaint was that it took us a bit to find where the light switches were! Ha! We grabbed a drink at the bar and enjoyed the company of a great bar tender. She gave us a free breakfast coupon. How nice! In the morning, we were greeted by our friendly waitress for breakfast. We chose to enjoy the buffet, but the menu was also an option. Great choices and fresh food. Yummy! Our service was fantastic. Thank you! Overall, great stay, earning repeat visitors. "

"This hotel seemed like it had been renovated recently, and was nice and clean. It was a good dog-friendly stay, with a short walk down to Estes Lake. There were a few maintenance items that needed some attention, but none were a big deal. Our toilet seemed to run a lot until we figured out how to put the handle to stop it. There was a pretty big gap in the door jamb that let in light. Never saw any bugs, but some could get through that gap. The walls are pretty thin but it’s fine as long as your neighbors observe the quiet hours. "

"A beautiful mountain property with views in every direction. Clean from toilets and jacuzzi tub, to baseboards and linens. Wonderful staff. Calm, quiet environment. Comfortable, firm bed. A/C, fans, and heat all worked lovely. "

"Love this place. But a lot of construction going on and had to move My rooms which was very difficult to do. I was there a week and half and they started painting the side I was on but didn’t want my car painted so I had to move. Pain in the butt. Maybe hook us up with a good deal and we will for sure return. But as I was told construction will be going on for over a year. "

"Very clean and wonderful property. Kaylee was very sweet hand helpful. Breakfast options were awesome. They were very nice about my dog. The room was quiet and wonderful. You’ll pay a hefty parking fee. But the pet fee is very reasonable. "
