"The property and staff were very nice and some of the best in the area. What i didn't like is the checkout and not being able to pinpoint charges at that time, just a total amount. This was also delivered with a ? from the front desk. It will show up on your card statement is not a good answer."

"As soon as I arrived the person who checked me in was very friendly. My room was really clean with a great view. The bed was really comfortable. Lots of things within walking distance. I’d stay here again."

"Great location, staff are upbeat, helpful. The building is well kept. Sometimes we hoped the shuttle was running when it wasn’t (it doesn’t run on the weekend , when we needed to get to the light rail quickly— we walked, we were okay). This place made me realize I like Hyatt hotels. Comfortable, clean, mostly convenient."
