"If you are looking at where to stay just book this place. You won’t be disappointed. We were very impressed with our stay. Beautiful luxury place. Staff were all very nice. Breakfast was delicious. Housekeepers did an amazing job. The spa services were amazing. Pay extra for a mountain view, you won’t regret. We will definitely be back and highly recommend staying here. "

"Requested a handicap room.They say they couldn't change it . Assistant manager very rude and so was the maintenance guy our TV did not work so we waited around for about an hour then finally went downstairs and yes if they'd fix it and the guy said that he was too busy he'll get to it when he can. The room was just terrible I I am handicapped and I told them I could not step over in the tub but they wouldn't change it I knew they can cuz my wife used to beat it a gentleman manager for Marriott hotels they can just about do anything. I did request a handicap room when I made my reservation but somehow they said that the front just didn't get and they couldn't change it"
