"The location was great! However the entire hotel is under construction which really defeated the purpose of booking this hotel. It wasn’t pretty. Loud noise. And the rooms/hallways were badly painted and structured. However like mentioned, location was too. Staff was okay. "

As someone who used to live in Paris I was hesitant about the neighborhood. It has improved a lot with nice brasseries nearby. The “dixième” is highly underrated."
