"Check-in was a breeze because the hotel had texted us earlier to supply the customary information. One disappointment was that we were registered for a third floor room, but the elevator was out of commission. Which meant lugging our stuff up 3 floors. The desk clerk offered to help, and my macho self could not accept. We did not have so much stuff anyway. Tomorrow the hotel will move us to a room on the first floor. "
